Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We request that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting service requests, including contact details, property access, and system history if available. We reserve the right to refuse service for incomplete or false submissions.

Liability & Limitations
